This freestyle practice balances breath and movement for an engaging and fun flow. Creatively sequenced and compassionately taught, there’s a little something for everyone.

Inner Fire Flow | Wednesdays at 5:45pm

This energizing Core Flow practice combines yoga asana with blocks of structured core work. You can expect to feel stronger and prouder in body and mind after leaving class! As this is a challenging practice, it’s recommended that you have some yoga experience before joining.
