Is this season calling you to dig a little deeper?
If it feels like it's time to re-center yourself and your wellbeing, I invite you to join me for a special collaboration between Allumen Yoga and our friends at ON AIR, a global community for yoga, meditation, and movement.
Starting Monday, April 14th, join us for a virtual six-week Yang Yin series that blends the fluidity of creative vinyasa yoga with restorative, grounding Yin. Each week we'll use our yoga practice to explore one of the koshas, the layers that make up our unique being, all the way from our physical framework to our highest consciousness.
In ancient Vedantic literature, the five koshas are a model for understanding ourselves as complex human beings from outermost to innermost sheath.
Each week we'll flow with focus on a specific kosha. While we will be guided by yoga philosophy, this series is a movement practice. You don't have to have any spiritual knowledge or understanding – that's what I'm here for! This practice is great for all levels, from newbie to seasoned student. If you've enjoyed a restorative or creative flow class with me before, this series is for you!
It's time to fill your own cup, body to soul. When we cater to our personal wellbeing, we in turn become better members of our communities at large.
